Construction :-
The heating plates are rectangular in shape and made up of MS Cast Iron plates with Groves for Heating Coil (SS Plate can also be provided on request) .The top plates overhang by supporting MS pillar which allows air insulation between plate and control Compartment to keep it cool. Long lasting Nicrome Heating wire with ceramic Beads are used for the heating process. A choice of Energy Regulator / Digital Temperature controller is provided.

Global 0nline oil bath are most useful for research & production application as a stability testing, conditioning, preheating & tempering. It is a double wall construction inner made of heavy gauge stainless steel chamber in one piece (for smaller capacity & argon welded for bigger size). Exterior is of aluminum dually powder coated finished with cerewool insulation in between two walls. A special long lasting heating element coupling type is easily replaceable is fitted with either thermostat or Digital temperature controller with PT—100 sensor.
The single speed stirrer is provided for uniformity of temperature.

Temperature Range :-  50°C to 270°C with ±1°C accuracy.

Process :- 
A powerful electrically driven blower forces hot air through aluminum anodized pegs fitted on top surface of dryer. Special heating elements fitted with fins to increase the surface area of hot zone are provided at the intake of air. The unit is also provided with energy regulators with built in thermostat controls to control the heater. A separate hot / cold air selector switch is provided at panel to blow the cold air (after heat process is over) or hot air.

Construction :-
The unit has a double walled construction, complete with fully SS 304 construction (Argon Welded Chamber) & a Jacket of 18 SWG. The unit is fitted with an efficient radial locking system made of mild steel, chrome plated, with paddle lifting device. The unit is supplied complete with stainless steel basket. The unit is fitted with safety and pressure release valves, water level indicator, cord & plug. The machine is fitted with a fully automatic microprocessor based temperature controller. The cycle is fully automatic including purging, sterilizing, rapid cooling & safety features such as process timer, low level water alarm, over heat Protection, high-pressure cutoff, two mechanical safety valves etc. The lid is made of SS.304, with Silicon rubber gasket used for sealing, supplied with pressure gauge & unique special round heater - to achieve pressure up to 20 Psi.

Double walled construction inner made of stainless steel. Exterior finished in powder coated epoxy paint with glass wool insulation & full view glass door along with the main door. Microprocessor based temperature controller cum indicator controls the Temperature & the delay time for compressor protection at power interruptions. Temp. Range: 5degree to 60degree C. The Fluorescent tube light is used as chamber light for illumination. On demand Software based Microprocessor programmable PID controller with Time proposnate with data logger & cyclic timer, Real clock Battery Back up &RAM memory 8Kx8 capacity printer &Pc interface controller with PT 100 Process Controller can be provided with the unit at Extra cost. The unit is used for producing pyrogen free distilled water in R&D labs, biological labs, hospitals and clinical research laboratories. The unit is wall - mounting with the full Body made up of stainless steel fitted with ISI certified safety ejection type immersion heaters. A constant water level arrangement is provided. A steam baffle is provided to take steam direct to the cold - water jacketed condenser. The stated output of the still is approximate as it is bound to vary according to the voltage of the MAINS. An electronic watch dog water level system with auto heater cut-off when water level is low along with buzzer can be provided at extra cost.
